1. About Us

Bosom Buddy Wine ("we", "us", "our") is a Canadian herbal tonic wine brand founded in 2022 by Kim Arthur. Our products are handcrafted from roots, superherbs, and superfoods rooted in Caribbean herbal tradition.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using bosombuddywine.com (the "Site") or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. Age Restriction

Our products contain alcohol and are intended for adults aged 19 years and older in Ontario and most Canadian provinces (18+ in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec). By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the legal drinking age in your province. We reserve the right to cancel any order where age cannot be verified.

4. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product. Some products are marked as Limited Edition and are available only while supplies last.

5. Orders & Payment

By submitting an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is processed securely through GoDaddy Payments. Accepted methods include major credit cards and PayPal. All transactions are encrypted.

6. Pickup & Delivery

Curbside Pickup: Pickup is available at 1 Vendome Place, Unit 300, Toronto, Ontario. After placing your order, we will contact you to arrange a pickup time. Please bring your order confirmation. Curbside only — no walk-in access.

Shipping & Delivery Across Canada: We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. A signature confirming legal drinking age may be required upon delivery. All alcohol shipments comply with applicable provincial regulations.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (consumable beverages), we do not accept returns on opened or consumed items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to make it right.

8. Health Disclaimer

Our products are herbal tonic wines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Statements about wellness benefits have not been evaluated by Health Canada or the FDA. Consult a healthcare professional before consuming if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Consume responsibly.
